The company’s request was to combine its four restaurants into one brand. The idea was to have such a covering brand that will deal with the administrative and management parts of several restaurants at once, and will also reflect the fact that the company provides restaurant business executives, restaurant managers, and other related services.
While creating Blue Door’s branding our challenges were not simple: the logo was supposed to be not too trendy but at the same time not too conservative and combined with casual style. It also had to show the connection of restaurants under their one umbrella brand and the specialty of the company.
A blue front door symbolizes prosperity and abundance. Moreover, the company has a unique tradition: all the restaurants it worked with have blue doors. Those were the aspects that inspired us to create the corporate identity of the brand. As a result, we came up with a minimal, strict and vivid design for the Blue Door brand with their blue door concept illustrated in the logo.
